Kyle believes people come into your life for a reason — and that belief shapes how he shows up, both as a real estate broker and as a person. He's the kind of guy who wants every interaction, big or small, to leave things a little better than he found them. That mindset drives how he works: real estate isn't just about closing deals, it's about building relationships that last well beyond the sale. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest transitions in someone's life, and Kyle takes that seriously — he's constantly learning every angle of the process so his clients never have to navigate it alone.

Before real estate, there was baseball. Kyle picked up a bat as a kid and never looked back, eventually earning a scholarship to Lower Columbia College in Longview, WA, then transferring to Pacific Lutheran University to pitch at the next level while earning a degree in Business. His Sophomore year he led the team in innings pitched and to a Regional in Georgia where they finished 1 game short of the College World Series. Shoulder surgery ended that chapter earlier than he'd hoped and for a while, he wasn't sure what came next for his business degree. But real estate had always been in the back of his mind — and it turned out his competitive drive and work ethic translated perfectly into building a career he's proud of.

These days, Kyle lives in Bonney Lake with his wife Jayden and 2 kids, daughter Olivia and son Carter. Outside of work and spending time with family and friends, you'll usually find him golfing, traveling, or driving between appointments.
